Following terms and conditions are applicable to bookings for FAM trips. Any travel agent or client who books a service with FLO USA will be subject to the following terms and conditions, and a payment (when processed) for any travel arrangement shall constitute a client’s and or travel agents’ absolute consent to all the provisions listed herewith:
Qualification : Travel agents must provide a current IATAN ID Card and copy of IATAN or CLIA ID Card and CLIA Certificate to be eligible for FAM trips. Agents whom are unable to furnish this information may be accepted depending on their qualifications. Up to four travel agents from the same agency may travel at an agent rate.
Travel Documents: Valid US passport with at least a 7-month validity beyond travel date is required for travel. Tour participants traveling on non US passport must advise FLO USA in advance, and verify entry eligibility. FLO USA is not responsible for denied passage or entry for non US passport holders.
Transfers and Sightseeing: A complete program is offered throughout each tour packages as shown within the itineraries.
Trip Confirmation: You will be notified by email once your application is accepted. Do NOT purchase domestic airline tickets until you have received Fam trip confirmation from FLO USA, and your payment has been processed.
Tipping: Personal tipping is left at passenger’s discretion. Our guides and drivers are very competent, and it is recommended that you show your appreciation for their services with a $3 to $5 per person per day tipping.
Domestic and International Air: Clients responsible for own flights to/from domestic US to connect with the int’l flights. No air deviations permitted. FLO USA has no control over flight schedule changes, fare or tax increases; therefore any fare or tax increases will be reflected until the time of ticketing. FLO USA will not and cannot handle individual requests pertaining to air transportation including but not limited to seat assignments, special meals, frequent flyer miles or similar. All such requests must be handled directly between the passenger and the respective airline. Luggage is at traveler’s risk unless insured.
Not included: Tour prices do not include items not specified above: such as passport or visa costs if applicable, meals that are not included in tour, tips, laundry, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of purely personal nature. Shipping cost of your travel documents are not included.
Non-Refundable: Payment is non-refundable once authorized.
Cancellation: Payments are non-refundable. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in progress.
Minimum Group Size: If required minimum group size of 16 (sixteen) is not met, FLO USA reserves the right to re-schedule the trip or re-price the tour.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is recommended for all participants. You must specifically decline travel insurance if you don’t purchase the Travel Insurance from FLO USA .Travel Agents and companions are welcome to obtain other third-party travel coverage for trip cancellation, medical, and travel interruption and medical evacuation occurrences.
Alteration: FLO USA reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a tour or a vacation package should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the best possible alternative will be offered.
Tour Performance Warranty: If for any reason within our control, FLO USA fails to provide any service, hotel, cruise, meal, or transportation as outlined in the final itinerary, an appropriate refund voucher will be issued to the client upon presentation of a completed service adjustment coupon or written authorization from our overseas representatives. No claim can be considered if not made within 21 days from completion of tour.
Travel Agent and Companion Conduct: FLO USA Tours, Inc, offers fam-trips and fam-rates to travel agents and their companions and spouses as a privilege. FLO USA and its operating partners require travel agents and their companions to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the entire trip. Agent accepts to participate in these offerings with the understanding that the agent and/or the companion may be bumped or sent home before the completion of the trip in case unacceptable and disruptive behavior is displayed by the agent or the companion, and not corrected upon warning.
Responsibility and Liability: FLO USA, Inc, in operating these land arrangements is responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the brochure. FLO USA Tours, Inc., as tour operator, disclaims all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus operators, local sight-seeing companies, tour operators, steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities, all operating under the laws of the country in which these services are provided. The right to alter any land tour arrangement is reserved. Flights (when applicable) are offered on IATA carriers, which cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers, are not on board their aircraft. Cruise tickets when issued, constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the passenger. The carriers concerned are not in any event responsible for any act, omission or event, occurring during the time passengers are not aboard their plane, vessels or other conveyances. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
FLO USA, Inc., is responsible for making arrangements for the tour services offered in the attached programs to include transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants, or joint ventures of FLO USA or its affiliates. Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by the airline and will not result in any refunds. Flight delays and other transportation changes are unfortunate, but are an inherent risk of travel and are therefore outside the control and responsibility of FLO USA. All certificates and other travel documents for travel services issued by FLO USA are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or if there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of FLO USA, the company will arrange for provision of comparable services.
FLO USA reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary or services whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. If FLO USA cancels a tour, an alternative date or a voucher for the full amount paid is the sole remedy of the traveler.
The tour participant agrees that neither FLO USA nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death, property loss, delays, change in air services, sickness, strike, war, quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment, inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier or person providing tour services. Also, FLO USA is not responsible for failure of clients to follow instructions given in travel documents including, but not limited to, check-in and check-out times and baggage handling, and failure to obtain required documentation such as passports, visas and health certificates where required. In the above cases, travelers will not be entitled to any refund. Only FLO USA representatives, who possess written authority to do so, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this contract, to include terms or conditions set forth in the preceding provisions. Any legal proceedings both on behalf of or against FLO USA must be instituted only in a federal or state court located in Florida, and such claim will be decided using the laws of the state of Florida. Any legal proceeding against the company must commence no later than one year after the travel services have been completed.
